Refund Policy

1 a). Refund of Payment Received

Online product / services that are given to you, , will only accept refunds if we fail to provide product / services. , reserves all the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the product / services not provided. In case of refund request accepted, amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid.

1 b). In any case fair value of refund amount shall not exceed more than 50% of the amount paid by the client.

1 c) Normal Turn around time for the refund is 25-30 working days.

1 d). Refund claims on account of slot not booked

No refunds will be entertained for claming non delivery of services, on the basis of slot not booked by us.

Terms and Conditions For Application Requiring Aadhaar Seeding

In case of application received which requires Aadhaar Seeding, it shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Since, Aadhaar Seeding requires OTP feeding we do not collect or take any OTP from the client as per our company policy.

However our representatives will guide the applicants and provide the links w.r.t Aadhaar Seeding (Via Email). In case the client (Applicants) does not complete the Aadhar Seeding on his own / or refuses to complete Aadhaar Seeding / or client's Aadhaar Seeding is not done for any other reason, such cases will be treated as non-cooperation from client's ends for application processing. And in such cases only 50% of the amount paid by the client will be refunded.


Where a client places an order but provides / submits incomplete details / documents etc our represenatives will send an email intimating the client regarding such deficiency of details / documents.

Where client fails to furnish such documents / details and orders could not be processed due to lack of such docuemnts / details, Such cases will be treated as ORDERS NOT PROCESSED DUE TO NON COOPERATION FROM THE CLIENTS.

Refund in such cases will not exceed 50% of the amount paid by the client.

2 b) Refund request made within 24 hours of order placing will only be entertained.

3. Cancellation of Application

You cannot cancel the application once processed from our side. No refund will be provided once the application is done.

5. Force Majeure shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service / product, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force majeure event”)
